What is a member?

A member is an athlete that has paid the Horizon/AGF Registration fee that is payable once per year (July 1 – June 30), per child.

 

What is priority registration?

Priority registration is given to those who are currently registered.

 

Are there any make-up classes?

Make-up classes are not offered.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be done prior to the start of the third class.  Written notification is required, and class fees will be charged until written notice is received, regardless of attendance.  Refunds are subject to a $20.00 Administration Fee.  Transfers are subject to a $10.00 Administration Fee.  The Horizon Gymnastics Membership/Registration Fee is non-refundable.

 

My desired program is full, what should I do?

If your desired program is full, add your child to the waitlist and see if another class could possibly suit your needs.

If a spot becomes available, those on the waitlist will be contacted.

 

How can I get the sibling discount to apply to my purchase?

To benefit from sibling discounts, participants must be registered at the same time (click continue shopping). Please ensure that all participants are in the cart before continuing to checkout.

 

Why are there service fees?

There will be a service fee added upon check out to recover the third party processing fees.

 

What class day / time did I sign up for?

If you are unsure of your child’s class time, we encourage you to log in to your account on-line here.

 

When can I register?

Registration dates are located on the second page of the session schedule found on our website.

 

What are the session dates/ last class?

All session dates and last class information is located on the session schedule found on our website.

 

Where is the viewing area?

Our viewing area is located upstairs. Please use the staircase located through the double doors in the waiting area or the white spiral stairs located to the left once you enter the boot room to access the viewing area.

 

What do athletes wear (attire)?

Any clothing that allows full movement. No jeans, no socks, no pants with buckles, buttons, or belts.  Leggings, shorts, tank-tops, T-shirts and bodysuits are all acceptable.  

 

What is the fee for late pick up?

The fee for late pick-up is $1.00 per minute. This charge must be paid prior to the child returning to class.

 

Do I have to do the Risk of Liability Waiver Forms each session?
